Shipping

Return shipping for an exchange is typically given free return shipping.

Returns requesting a full refund, but not as a result of an error on Cycle City Outdoors part, are required to cover the cost of return shipping. 

Returns initiated for an exchange on oversized items can trigger return shipping costs depending on the reason for the exchange.   If Cycle City Outdoors is at fault, return shipping costs are covered by Cycle City Outdoors.    

Customers who elect to have Cycle City Outdoors provide a pre-paid label may have their refund deducted for the cost of the return shipping label where noted above.  

Restocking Fee

Our policy is to waive the 20% restocking fee if the item is returned in the same condition in which it was received. The restocking charge will be applied to items that have tags clipped off, damaged or missing packaging, signs of wear, etc...

Returns must be made within 61 days with the exception of we offer an extended return window for purchases made from Oct 1st to Nov 30th, 2025. Those purchases can be returned up until Jan 31st of 2026
