We're super thrilled that you decided to shop with us. Here’s the lowdown on our shipping process – we like to keep things simple and fun, just like your shopping experience.
Free Shipping Over $25: (Standard Items)
Guess what? If your order is over $25, shipping is on us! Yup, you read that right. For orders under $25, we charge a standard $8 shipping and handling fee. Why? Well, some of our items are priced so low that shipping them would cost more than the item itself. Crazy, right? But hey, we’ve got to keep the lights on!
How We Ship:
All orders are shipped via standard ground shipping because we like to keep it classic. Most of our fabulous customers receive their goodies within 2-5 business days, depending on how far you are from our warehouse. It's like a race, but for packages!
Quick Turnaround:
Order before 4:00 PM Eastern time, Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays), and we’ll ship your order the same day! It’s like magic, but with more cardboard boxes. Orders placed after 4:00 PM? Theirs still a chance we can catch the truck if we have our track shoes on. We're speedy, but even we need our beauty sleep, so after 5:00 PM its going out the next day!
Where We Ship:
Currently, we ship to the lower 48 states. Sorry to our friends in Alaska, Hawaii, and beyond – we’re working on it! International shipping? Not yet, but we’re dreaming big!

Standard Item?
Hey there! Just to clarify, when we say "standard items," we mean stuff that doesn't require any extra freight handling. So, bicycles and lithium ion batteries are in their own league, outside the standard zone.
Think more along the lines of your typical gear like gloves, boots, helmets, and even hard parts and accessories. Basically, anything that won't give our shipping team a workout! 📦💪
Those really big items or stuff that needs extra special care when shipping? We can, we could, and we will—but only if we call in that guy and give him a protein shake first, otherwise he turns into the Hulk!
