Read below for information on how Camso tracks are shipped

Shipping Locations

Can you ship directly to my home?

Unfortunately we cannot. These track systems are quite large, requiring the use of a semi trailer. As such most residential addresses do not have the necessary space available for the semi driver to park and unload the track systems.

Therefore we require the use of a business location for scheduling delivery.

Do I have to own the business its being delivered to?

No you do not. We do recommend that you obtain permission from the business prior to choosing them as a shipping destination. Furthermore it would be a great idea to make sure that someone is there to accept delivery when the semi driver arrives on that day.

Do you ship into California

YES We deliver lots of track systems into the Golden State! Same rules apply for non-residential addresses though.

What the process looks like

I found the tracks I want, now what?

We're glad you found the perfect set for your needs! At this point we will reach out to you within 24 hours Mon-Fri to verify fitment after purchase. We ask that you provide a workable telephone number as well as a reasonable time-frame in which you can receive our call to verify that fitment.

How fast do you ship?

Once we've been able to verify proper fitment we work on our end to get the tracks setup for shipping. We will contact you within 24-48 hours so you may schedule delivery with us.

I have a tracking number!!

Now the wait begins, depending on where you live the tracks can take up to 2 weeks to get delivered. Most people will get their tracks around the 9th or 10th day.

How do I unload these?

The best way to unload these tracks is with a forklift. Depending on the business you're working with (and if you brought them donuts or not) using a forklift would be the most ideal way to unload your tracks.

If access to a forklift is unavailable they can be unloaded by hand with a little help. These tracks are shipped on a pallet and are stretch wrapped to protect them and keep them affixed to the pallet. Removal of the stretch wrap can easily be done with a pocket knife.
