We sincerely apologize about this! We will cover any and all shipping costs to get the item back to us. If the item was damaged in shipping we will cover that cost too! It was our error and you shouldn't be responsible for covering the shipping cost

Accidents happen to all of us. We can use our discounted shipping rates to help keep more money in your pocket though! You can see the standard rates below to see what the return shipping fee will be.

Sometimes you don't know what size you need until you find the size you don't. We want our customers to be happy and safe when purchasing from us. Therefore we cover the cost of shipping out the exchanged item/s to you, but we do ask you pay the fee to get the unwanted item back to us.
