Used Like New FAQ

A product is more than just the item itself. It includes the box it arrives in, the documentation within it and the tags or film protecting that product from potential damage.

We are using these descriptors to distinguish why we believe these products cannot be sold as "New".

We sell products either Like New (Nearly New) or Used in this category. What makes a product Nearly New vs simply Used depends on the descriptors used.

All "Nearly New" products are indistinguishable from new outside of the descriptors listed above. While a product could have any one of the 3 descriptors being the determining factor that the product is no longer new, in very rare circumstances will a product in this category have the need to use all 3 descriptors to describe its condition!

Sometimes a box gets delivered to us from our suppliers in a condition that we don't believe is representative of the brands commitment to quality nor our own.

Or a customer will purchase an item and need to return it, the box being shipped and passed along so many different hands may result in the box becoming damaged.

While we can't guarantee they "didn't" we do inspect the items to make sure they are undamaged.

When a product is returned to us and the only thing that is wrong with it is that the box looks like it survived a personal attack, it goes in this status.

Manufacturer tags are everywhere on most items you purchase. They typically include information on care instructions of the product, highlight features or technology used in manufacturing the product or manufacturers suggested pricing .

Sometimes they are little more than a tag with the brands logo on it and a price tag.

Either way, these have been removed from the item. You would have needed to remove them yourself, but since you never had that option this is where those products go.

Each item that we receive, either new or returned is inspected. We insure the item is what it is supposed to be (color, size, fitment..etc) as well as make sure the style or series is accurate to the product.

Packaging includes more than the box, sometimes an item didn't come within a box but a plastic bag (think shirts and gloves), or the item was affixed to a cardboard sleeve.

Sometimes packaging could mean protective film that was removed.

Basically packaging is anything that was intended to keep an item in good condition at time of purchase.

While the Manufacturers packaging may be missing, we do our best to repackage the products so they stay as new as possible.

We do offer returns on these products.

We do require that the buyer (You) pays the fees associated in precuring the return shipping label.

We can leverage our shipping discount to provide you with a discounted prepaid label and deduct that amount from the refund amount.

Or you may purchase your own return shipping label and receive a full refund, the option is up to you.
